"Eternal Life"

Have you ever thought of Eternity? The Universe itself is eons old. Have you ever thought how you spend your time in the Spirit of Love? Love is timeless and Eternal. Forever you are Spirit and forever is your heart in the Eternity of Time. Everything you have touched physically is also touched Spiritually. To touch with Spirit is greater than the physical touch. The next time you think about love and who you have known in your journey or life remember your heart. What love have you given? And in this love how much of it blesses the Universe? Beyond time is all the love you have given Eternal? Your heart will tell you. Hope you enjoy my poem "Eternal Life".

"I Am"

The poem this week is a meditation. "I am all that I am". A mantra....a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.(originally in Hinduism and Buddhism) Each individual has a Soul connected to "I AM". The kundalini (latent female energy believed to lie coiled at the base of the spine) is also connected to "I AM".
In Yoga a system of meditation directed toward the release of such energy.
We are made of a polarity of both male and female. The "I AM" brings forth the wholeness and purity of what we are made of. Bring forth the balance of the chakras (centers of Spiritual power in the human body) and become ONE with the Universe in
"I AM".
